Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped out within 24-72 hours from the time of payment processing completion. Orders are shipped out Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:00 PM PST.

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods.

The reseller is responsible for any small parcel or freight charges. The reseller will provide Westin Furniture with a FedEx or UPS account number for third-party billing on small parcel orders. For larger orders requiring palletizing and/or freight, Westin Furniture will prepare orders and send the pallet dimensions to the Reseller for shipment coordination. If you have chosen Will Call, please await the order confirmation before traveling to pick up the order. You will receive an email with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
